Assessment day — your clinic visit

Arrival
A warm welcome from your personal concierge
From the moment you arrive, your concierge walks you through your day. Reserved parking is waiting, your schedule is prepared and there is nothing to arrange.
Consultation
Extended private doctor consultation and full physical examination
A 60-minute consultation with your private doctor covering your full medical history, symptoms, family history and lifestyle — followed by a complete physical examination and mental health screening.
Blood & urine analysis
Comprehensive blood, urine and stool analysis
Blood analysis of over 100 biomarkers across an extensive biomarker profile — organ function, cardiovascular markers, hormones, nutritional status and more. Advanced panels vary by assessment tier.
Body composition
Full body composition scan and vital measurements
A detailed scan mapping body fat percentage, visceral fat, muscle mass and hydration — alongside blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation and grip strength.
ECG
12-lead ECG — the electrical activity of your heart
A resting ECG recording the electrical activity of the heart, identifying any rhythm abnormalities or signs of cardiac stress.
Executive patients also receive
A full cardiac evaluation including echocardiogram, spirometry and VO2 max testing — reviewed by our in-house consultant cardiologist.

Further investigations
Depending on what your doctor finds on assessment day, you may be referred for additional imaging before your results debrief. This could include a full body MRI, CT calcium score or other targeted investigations. Your concierge coordinates everything on your behalf.

Every result, every finding and every recommendation covered in a detailed personalised report. All patients receive both a digital copy and a printed hard copy. Executive patients receive a premium hand-printed bound report.

Continuity of care
Your doctor stays involved — from detection to resolution
If something is found, we refer directly to trusted named local specialists and remain involved throughout. The same doctor who assessed you coordinates your onward care.
Three-month follow-up
Dedicated review three months after your assessment
You return for a dedicated review to track progress, revisit findings and adjust your health plan. This is what separates a one-off health check from genuine, ongoing health management.
