Your bloods are taken by one of our senior doctors, immediately after your consultation - not handed off to whoever is available. The doctor who assesses you, takes your sample, reviews your results, and explains them to you is the same person throughout.

A new GP consultation is £120 (or £80 if it's a follow-up to a concern seen within the past two months), with blood panels from £80 depending on what's tested. The panel and its cost are agreed with you before any samples are taken. Your results consultation is included free.

Every set of results is returned with your doctor's advice at no extra charge — either as a clear written summary by email, or through a complimentary virtual consultation with the GP who arranged your tests if you'd like to talk them through. Either way, you will never be left with numbers alone.

Most routine results are available within 24 to 48 hours. More specialised tests may take longer, and we'll tell you the expected timeframe at your appointment. As soon as results are ready, your doctor reviews them and sends your results with their advice - or arranges a free virtual follow-up if a conversation is the better way to explain them.
