Problems are simpler to treat when they are seen at the start, not once they have become serious enough to justify an appointment.

Follow-ups are part of the care

Reviewing a treatment, going through results or checking progress never has to compete with a new concern.

Seeing your named GP whenever you need to is what builds continuity, and continuity is what makes the care better.





Unlimited means booked as clinically needed. Our fair use policy exists to protect access for every member, not to limit yours.

Commonly Asked Questions

  • What does unlimited mean?

    You can book as many thirty-minute GP appointments as you need, face to face, telephone or by video, for every member of your membership. Unlimited appointments are subject to our fair use policy, which is set out in the membership terms.

  • Do I need to leave my NHS GP?

    No. You should stay registered with your NHS GP. We can write to them with your consent so your records stay joined up.

  • Can my company pay for membership?

    Membership can be funded by your limited company as a benefit for directors or employees. Personal tax and employer National Insurance may apply. Qualifying annual health assessments may receive different tax treatment from ongoing GP services.


    Please ask your accountant to confirm the treatment for your circumstances. We can provide membership details and company invoices to support their review.

  • Can I choose a male or female GP?

    Yes. You choose your named doctor when you join, and you can ask to see a male or female GP for any appointment.

  • How quickly can I be seen?

    Members can be seen the same day, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. 

    Members also have access to early morning, evening and weekend appointments subject to availability.

  • How do I contact my concierge manager?

    By WhatsApp, text, phone or email, whichever suits you. Your concierge manager books appointments, arranges referrals and chases results on your behalf.

  • What is not included?

    In-house investigations such as blood tests are charged separately.


    Specialist fees, imaging, home visits and out of hours or emergency care are not included.

  • Is there a minimum term?

    Yes. Membership has a twelve-month minimum term. After that it continues monthly, and you can cancel with thirty days' notice.

  • Who counts as a child?

    Anyone under eighteen. Children are added to an adult membership at £25 a month each.

  • Is a health check included?

    Yes. Every member over 18 has an annual health check included in membership, normally £950. Children's memberships do not include a health check. 


    Your GP goes through the results with you and uses them to plan the year ahead.

  • What if my GP is not available?

    You can always ask for your named GP. If they are away, another GP from the team sees you with your full record in front of them, and your named GP picks up again when they return.

  • Can I join with existing health conditions?

    Yes. Membership is open whatever your health history, and your GP can take on the ongoing management of long-term conditions alongside any specialists you already see.

  • Can you refer me through my health insurance?

    Yes. If you have private medical insurance, your concierge manager can arrange specialist referrals and diagnostics through your insurer. 

  • Can my business join?

    Business membership is arranged separately. Our corporate health pages set out the options for employers.
