Book Your Appointment

All fees are payable at the time of booking or prior to your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking for all private GP consultations, specialist consultations and home visits. A valid payment method must be held on file prior to your appointment being confirmed.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your assessment date. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Full payment may be required at the time of booking for some assessment types.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to attend without notice will be charged in full.

We are a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurers directly — payment is made by the patient and we are happy to provide an itemised receipt for submission to your insurer. Medical reports and letters are charged separately and fees will be confirmed at the time of request.

Organisations with a corporate care plan will be invoiced monthly in arrears in accordance with the terms agreed at the point of contract. Individual appointments outside the plan are subject to standard fees.
