5 tips to stay healthy this summer

1. Protect your skin properly.
Sun damage is cumulative and irreversible. SPF 30 minimum on exposed areas daily, reapply every two hours if you're active. This one's simple but non-negotiable - UV protection is the best anti-ageing strategy that exists.
2. Build consistent movement into your week.
Three solid sessions weekly of something you enjoy - tennis, cycling, running - is the sweet spot. The key is consistency and intensity. Your cardiovascular health and longevity depend on it.
3. Get intentional about what you eat.
Generic diet advice doesn't work. Your nutrition should be tailored to your actual metabolism and activity level. Most people eat on autopilot. The ones who don't, feel and perform better. It's worth getting right.
4. Get genuinely advanced diagnostics, not a standard health check.
Most health checks are surface-level. We go deeper. Full-body MRI, advanced lipid profiling including Lipoprotein A, echocardiograms - these are the tests that catch things others miss. You'll have a clear picture of your cardiovascular health, metabolic profile, and silent disease risk. That's what differentiates a real assessment from a standard screening. It's what our Advanced and Executive assessments are built on.
5. Have access to a private GP who actually knows you.
When something does come up, you shouldn't be waiting weeks for an appointment or explaining your history to someone you've never met. Direct access to a doctor who has your records and knows your health picture makes a real difference - whether it's a same-day appointment, a quick call, or continuity of care. That's what private doctor membership is built for.
